The site and who runs it

The website at ace.education (the "site") is run by Ace. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes the idea of becoming an Ace, sets out the five disciplines and the four stages of the path, and gives you a way to write to me. It is information and invitation, not an offer. It is written in a direct, personal voice; that voice is a style of address, not a statement of fact about you or a promise to you. Sending a message does not create a place, an engagement, or any obligation on either side. Anything that follows is agreed separately, in writing, and nothing on this site forms part of such an agreement unless that agreement says so.

No qualification is conferred

The site does not award, and does not claim to award, any degree, diploma, certificate, licence, or accredited qualification. "Ace", "Initiate", "Solver" and "Traveller" are names for stages on a personal path, not titles recognised by any institution or authority. Nothing on the site promises income, outcomes, results, or luck.

Messages

What you send through the form must be true, lawful, and yours to send. I may decline to answer any message without giving a reason. I am not obliged to reply, keep anything confidential, or act on anything sent through the form unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Using the site

You may view and link to the site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, probe or test its security without written permission, scrape it at a rate that burdens it, or use the form to send unsolicited or automated communications.

Content and marks

The text, design, code and images on the site belong to Ace or are used under licence. The ACE mark and the line "You are not mediocre. You are hiding." are used by Ace. You may not reproduce the site's content commercially without written permission. Short quotations with attribution are fine.

No warranties

The site is provided as is. I try to keep it accurate and available, and I do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. The disciplines and the path are described with conviction and are meant as a way of working, not as a guarantee of any outcome. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or anything on it.

Links to other sites

Where the site links to third-party sites, those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and I am not responsible for them.

Changes and contact

I may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new date. Questions go through the form.
